Mine ate a few Crickets on its own and then i hand fed it a fish.. now he is alwasy wanting the kings treatment. so i hand feed em super worms. hope it helps. you should try letten em eat on its own but either way if u have the time and dont mind it im sure he wont either

Publey be careful feeding your frog super worms. they are an impaction risk.

Yes artworks are an excellent nutritious food for frogs.
