I would just continue to tong feed her. its better this way so you frog is ingests much less substrate. I do both tong feeding and let them catch their own.

I do both tong feeding and letting them catch their prey on their own but i usually clear some area before i let loose of the prey to prevent them from ingesting some substrate.
