    Default Retf sick... Please help

I have had a red eyed tree frog in this current setup for about 5 months and decided that i was going to buy a new one for it to have a friend. But since i got her friday she has done nothing but sleep and she hasnt ate at all. I have noticed he is pretty weak i have picked him uo and he can hardly crawl up the wall. Just a few minutes ago i moved him around and he fell to the floor upside down and i had to pick him back up. I put him in the bowl i got him in to seperate the two, i dont know what to to. I will get pictures up just want to post this now to get some help.

Your for is in need to a fast trip to the vet.

For immediate help, you can soak the frog in a pedialite bath to get some nutrients back into her. Mix unflavored pedialite at a ratio of 1 part pedialite to 10 parts of declorinated water. Tap water treated with a reptile version of water treatment should be used. You can also use spring water. Water level should be no deeper than the frogs chin and allow the frog to soak for about 10 to 15 minutes.

If you are keeping this frog with another that is not ill, then move this frog to a quarantine tank and line the tank with damp paper towel and a small water dish and some fake plant cover for hiding.

Your frog still needs to see a vet ASAP but this will get some nutrients and electrolytes back into her.

Besides the vet visit, please post details about the frogs home such as size, humidity levels, temperatures, type lighting used, how often the water is changed and what water source, and last time it ate, what it feeds on, and the last time you found droppings from the frog.
Do you use calcium and/or other supplements?

Any info you provide and help ID why your for has become so ill.
