Some pictures of my WTF!

I'm ... not certain if she's actually a boy or a girl, but I've taken to the idea that she's a girl, hahaha. Her name is Juels! And she actually croaks quite a lot with the right stimulus (me croaking at her, a video of another WTF croaking, the sound of me scribbling with my tablet, etc), but I still believe that she's a sweet little lady frog.
In the second picture, I had woken her up and her pupils were so tiny that I just had to take a picture, haha.
She really enjoys burrowing into my hand to take naps, though ... it's really cute how comfortable she gets.

Actually, both males and females call! I've read that the most reliable method of sexing the WTFs is by checking to see if they have nuptial pads, which I can't find on Juels.

look at the suction cups on the thumbs if they are dark then its a male

I'm not sure exactly how old she is, as I bought her from a Petsmart and she was already an adult. She's about three inches long.

Males call but females only call when threaten if I am correct. Congrats on ur baby!

Yeah I think you might have a little boy! Like Blue said females don't call, except for when the feel threatened.

Really! How interesting, haha! Looks like Juels is a little boy, then ... it'll take some getting used to, calling him a 'him'. :P Glad I know for sure now, though; thanks!
