Suggestions on heat?

I just got some WTFs from the reptile expo today!!! They are in a exo-terra medium, I think it's 18 by 18 by 24. They seem fine and each even ate a little hornworm. My question is heat, I have a 75 watt infrared bulb but it's not doing much good, it's only in the low 70s in the tank. Any suggestions as to how I can boost the temp up to the low 80s?

low to mid 70's is usually fine just keep the humidity near 55 or so and a basking spot should be in the 80's

OK thanks! I'll go to petsmart and get some stuff to make a basking spot. They have plants and vines and stuff to climb on but I guess I need something that goes near the bulb.

yeah just make sure there is a cool spot in the terraium also so there is a happy medium
