What do you mean by dots? They problem could be that the prolapse didn't heal correctly or is swollen inside your frog. You need to take him/her to a vet that specilizes in amphibians. The only thing I can tell you to do is to soak him/her in warm de-chlorinated water with 4 drops of honey disolved in it. The honey and water solution acts like a natural laxative and also reduces swelling of the cloaca. He/she needs a vet to really solve the problem, but this may help.
