Regardless, I'm glad he recognizes me as the person he doesn't want to bite, since I've been told it's not pleasant. lol
The only place they have bad vision is directly infringed of their nose. kind of like a blind spot.

Pacman Frogs are nocturnal. they usually are not very active especially when they reach adulthood. occasionally they will come out and Chase their prey. Mostly they sit and wait for their prey to come to them. They're ambush predators so saving energy in order to use it for sudden bursts of speed to catch large prey. A lot of people will say they're boring, but they are not. they're a very fulfilling pet to own.

I recommend a UTH because they need a constant heat source. When you get one though make sure its the correct size for the tank you have and also make sure you place it on the side or back of the tank not on the bottom like the name suggests. Pacman Frogs are borrowers and burrow to cool off so if the frog was to burrow over the UTH it would cook itself.

Since they will cook themselves... dose this mean they are masochistic cannibals!!? hahahahahahahahahaha sorry just picturing a cartoon pacman in a pot on the stove making himself into a soup chewing on his own foot w a puzzled look on his face
