I've always wondered bow good their eyesight is. I know they can sense motion really well, but I'm not sure how sharp they can see detail, like if they could recognize faces (some types of colubrid snakes can recognize faces). Never really thought about the voice thing... Makes sense though.
Regardless, I'm glad he recognizes me as the person he doesn't want to bite, since I've been told it's not pleasant. lol

The only place they have bad vision is directly infringed of their nose. kind of like a blind spot.

Pacman Frogs are nocturnal. they usually are not very active especially when they reach adulthood. occasionally they will come out and Chase their prey. Mostly they sit and wait for their prey to come to them. They're ambush predators so saving energy in order to use it for sudden bursts of speed to catch large prey. A lot of people will say they're boring, but they are not. they're a very fulfilling pet to own.

thats kind of how my toads are they burrow all day but when the come out to feed its a riot watching them i decided to name one twitch because when she is stalking the cricket one toe and each back foot twitches.
