Profile pictures.

Three otions I can think of:
1. You accidentally confused signature picture with profile picture.

2. If using an URL as image source, it might not be available anymore. Not sure if that's how the site works (or if it saves the images on the server).

3. The picture restricions are different from when you first set it.

Just try to upload the picture again, and if it doesn't work, wait for an admin or mod to help you out.
(Also, "Forum questions and workings" are probably a better place" )
