after 5 months my adults have finally bred and Im trying different ways to feed my 4 toads but none are working too well.
My terrarium has a coco bark substrate so if I just toss them in like crickets they burrow instantly and are gone.
I put a bunch of baby dubias in a separate plastic tote and moved the toads into it but all of them just get nervous and start to freak out and pee and want out.
I put a little dish of roaches in the tank but the toads climb into the dish and then become a ladder for the roaches to climb on and go for a ride.
I'd like to hear what everyone else does that works for them.
I use a small dish or tweezers.

That's a cute pic, Gail!
I tweezer feed all my frogs to make sure they eat and everyone gets eaten and not left in the enclosure.
