Thanks for the reply, I don't have a quarantine tank right now so I decided to take a wait and see approach while dilligently doing water changes every other day and making sure the water is pristine.. I just checked yesterday and the dots on her eyes are gone! I'm guessing it was a water quality issue, so I'm making sure that I stay on top of it from now on.
