Does the hospital tank fit into her regular tank? Include a plant or plant branch next to her soaking dish inside the hospital tank!
You could cover 3 sides of the H tank with something dark- it might make her feel safer.
If the spots are noticeably smaller , even as early as tomorrow, I would think she could go back in her regular tank?
Smaller would be good !!!!! meaning little bit of bruising ( ? bleeding ) is re-absorbing.

I hope in gets better right away !
You know not to handle her unless it is absolutely necessary .
Keep things really quite around her it will help reduce additional stress
Change the paper towel in the tank ONLY when she is sleeping.
Get everything ready prior , so yo can get in and out as quickly as possible.
