I'm John Clare, in Ohio. I am the owner/founder of FrogForum.
This is my first shipping advert since early fall 2011. Shipping can be USPS next day (provided you have delivery by noon or hold at location before noon), or shipyourreptiles' FedEx service. I prefer FedEx because I live by an airport and the FedEx people know me and the frogs. My zip is 44135. I will not be at frog day.
The photos shown are of siblings or parents of the frogs for sale, unless specifically noted (the Bastimentos is the actual frog).
You can read about how I keep my Imitators and Flavovittata here.
Regarding live arrival guarantee. You ship frogs enough and you will eventually have a couple of problems. I've never had a shipping problem that resulted in a DOA, a replacement, or a refund. I pack well and I guarantee live arrival. My concern is for the actual frogs arriving alive. That's what a live arrival guarantee means to me. You can have every cent of your money back if the frogs are dead on arrival no matter when it is. Money is the last thing I care about if the frogs are dead. The only caveat to that is if you do not answer when the carrier makes the scheduled delivery, in which case you assume responsibility.

FYI, folks have asked about Ranitomeya variabilis "Southern" from me a lot. Yes, I have a ton of froglets but I'm holding on to them all for the time being. I love those guys. Keep an eye out for an advert in a month or two.
