HELP -Tiger legged Monkey Tree Frog - swollen neck

One of my Tiger Legged Monkey Frogs seemed to have fallen. I found him in between two vines yesterday. He seemed fine until I saw him today - under his neck is swollen and he has a small red mark on his belly. From the top view, his body seems a little swollen. Does anyone out there have an ideas what I can do for him?

It looks like someone may have eaten something he shouldnt. I hope you dont have those japaneese lady beetles where you live like I do (they look like lady bugs but are orange and they bite and are very VERY toxic). But this is how my Helly looked when she ate one (now I wish I had been in the right frame of mind to take pics of her for the education of others here). If you have a herp vet go to them asap.
