Hi guys
this is how to build a simple pac man frog tank.
1) get a 10 - 20 gallon tank depending on the size of your frog.
2) next fill your tank up with 5cm of soil (I use coconut fibre).
3)After that get a water dish and place it near a corner and fill it up (do not fill up above the frogs mouth).
4) then cover 1/3 of the tank in moss.
5)then if you want your frog to feel more comfortable place a flower pot thain your tankt is cut in half.
6) place a few articfical plant in.
7)place your frog in the tank.
tell me if I have miss any thing out.
Good post.. Although I would highly suggest omitting the moss, being that if it's ingested by ur frog it can kill it.
Other than that the thermometer and humidity monitor(can't remember proper name) are all I can think u left out.
I also think that plants are a good addition. My baby pacman really seems to enjoy the little bit of cover and shade that they provide. They look really nice too. Also, don't forget the heat source. I'm currently using an UTH and an incandescent bulb to keep the temp up. Oh and Bart, It's a hydrometer
You need a warm and cool side. UTH(UnderTank Heater on the side or back of the tank not on the bottom. Water dish should be on the opposite side of the UTH. 3 sides of the enclosure should be covered with some sort or background or dark construction paper so the frog. Feels secure.
Thanks guys.. Also some good additions grif and herpderp.
