    Default Epic fail!

Had the outlet pipe upside down on the filter of the 10g tank since yesterday afternoon. Result? At least 5g of water soaked into the front room carpet :-/

Dont' feel bad , Sunday I was doing a weekly aquarium water change.
The siphon tubing is 1/2" in diameter, it passes through a closet to the slop sink, below, in the basement.
Soooooo there I am draining the usual amount of water from two 60 gallons tanks AND forgot to check the connections in the tubing!!!
The rest I will leave up to your imagination!!! Oh Boy!

do you have a shot vac? Would probably help dry them carpets out, just make sure you take the filter out when you are sucking up water. The filter is not made to be in there when you are vaccuming up liquid.
