Swollen toe on my red eyed tree frog

He seems worse today
He has been spending his time on the bottom of the cage so I went to pick him up and it looked like there was some blood on the paper towel under his toe. The toe itself doesn't look much different.
Is there anything I should put on his toe that is safe for amphibians? I can't find any vets that see amphibians anywhere near me
