    Default silicone sealer question

So I went ahead and got cut acrylic for my fire belly tank..it looks amazing halfway done with plants. However when I went back some of the gravel from an island has pushed open a seal and i re-siliconed it asap. I've had a fan pointed directly on the sealant and it is hard and smell free of chemicals. Is it safe to only wait the 24 hours to fill with water? The frogs are in a holding tank, and though they are fine in their, They will be much happier back in this tank and able to eat - the holding tank only has gravel land which they can ingest. I just want to make sure there wont be any chemicals that could potentially harm the frogs leaching out even though it seems to be 100% ready. From what I understand they say 48 hours to make sure the seal is water tight, which in this instance im not entirely concerned about.

    It's aquarium silicone btw...Thanks!!!
