Is this a big enough tank?

Hi from my other post all said my tank was too small so i have convinced my parents to buy me one and I will pay them back after my Birthday so we found one on gumtree but the guy had already sold it but then text back to my mum saying that he may be able to obtain another one. I dont know how long that will take and i found one on ebay and it comes in three sizes (these are copied and pasted):
LX24 587MM LONG X 375MM WIDE X 405MM HIGH

LX36 915MM LONG X 375MM WIDE X 405MM HIGH

LX48 1220MM LONG X 375MM WIDE X 405MM HIGH
I'm going to go for the best bet and ask mum for the LX24 which costs £48.99, but I'm not that great at inches and stuff so I went on google and typed in the measurements and this is what I got:
587mm long= 23.1102362 inches
375mm wide= 14.7637795 inches
405mm high= 15.9448819 inches
So its about : 23" long X 14" wide X 15" high
Is it big enough to house 1-2 Rana.temporaria?
