I noticed today some tiny white worms feeding on the several dead crickets and their feces it seems. Should I keep feeding my frog these crickets or should I not risk it? And also what are these white worms are they bad or?
I haven't got a clue either way. Don't know what to tell you.
I would say don't risk it. I found the same thing under my cricket's food dish once, but I had already fed some to my Tree Frog. Later that frog had to be treated for parasites, and is still sick and in danger. I don't know for certain if they were the cause but i would say it's not worth the risk, just get some more crickets.
Undoubtedly fruit fly maggots. You need better ventilation in your cricket enclosure.

I think you are right because the are a lot of fruit flies in the enclosure also.
In which case, they shouldn't be harmful to frogs, right?
Completely harmless.
