White's Tree frog terrarium HELP

i am setting up a terrarium for my white's tree frog. I will be moving her from a small 10 gallon tank to a 35 gall hexagon tank. Couple of questions for this transfer:
1) Since i had to create a custom screen top for the tank the heating/lighting hood will sit directly on the top of the metal screen..... is this a bad idea?
2) what wattage would be good for my halogen heat and compact UV ?
3) I want to later add plants ... will i have to add more lighting for those?
4) Humidity- i was going to set up a repti fogger to automatically go off 3 times a day ... will this keep the humidity high enough for the white?
