Can i use AQUASAFE to dechlorinate my pacmans water ???

TetraFauna Aquasafe can be used for your Pacs. I personally use Zoo Med Reptisafe and recomend it.

I have AQUASAFE that i used for a beta fish, is that ok ?

I hope that is okay because it's the same thing I use for all my frogs to dechlorinate their water.

Yes its fine. You always want to make sure your water de-chlorinating agent also removes chlorimines and heavy metals too. I believe Aquasafe does so all good.
