I would consult a vet. I would never just drop on the skin, it may cause a chemical burn. Are you treating as a result of a vet telling you to?

Flagyl is the antibiotic correct? Used to combat septic shock from a toxic infection caused by the worms dying and rotting within the frog. Panacur the worm medicine shoukd be given orally and so should Flagyl, but you should only treat with these as advised by a Vet.

Yes, it is antibiotic preparation but it is also highly effective against protozoan infection such as amoebiasis. Precaution should be taken into consideration though if given concomitantly with another preparation due to the risk of drug interaction unless the benefit outweighs the risk.

I was making sure. Most Vets perscribe Flagyl with Panacur. Ofcourse they work well together and should be given together, but are administered according to weight. If he doesn't know the amount per ounze then he should seek a Herp Vets assistance.

I would love to know the answer to your question too. I have all the medication just don't know the dosage. If you have a microscope you can do a fecal float exam, which is my plan as vets are either too expensive or are not interested in herps around here. I also read that you can just dust the crickets with the panacur. I will try to find the two articles on this forum explaining the fecal exam and the other one is frog first aid, they are very informative.

You should take him to a vet and have a fecal exam done so you can be sure whether he has worms or not. There are other parasites among other things that can cause weight loss. It is better to be sure before treating your frog for something he may or may not have.
