Blue toe tree frog

the skinny male passed away, I called the guy and he told me to stop by the show today and he would do either a refund or a swap. the female (i presume to be becuase shes bigger) seems to be doing fine, she stays near the top of the tank and jumps from time to time, are these diurnal frogs?

the other one died yesterday, I got two red eyes in exchange for the blue toes, I now have four red eyes, the two new ones are a lil bigger than my male but not as big as my female.

They came in the same tank so I have them quarantined in the same tank, in a few weeks I will move them to my 40g red eye viv

I'm glad everything worked out! I'm so glad to read this!
Your new red eyes should be quarantined for a minimum of 6 weeks.( If wild caught- even longer. )
Dampened paper towel, a small pothos branch, ( just place the cut end of the pothos branch in the water dish-and it will not die)
and shallow water dish in the bottom of the quarantine tank is a great way to monitor food intake.
A simple 5 gallon fish tank w. a cover is fine ( less that $10)
You might dust more than a few times a week for 2 weeks or so to boost their health.
If the frogs are small - use small crickets- to make dinner an easy catch !!

I have them in an exo terra 12x12x18 with some plastic broadleaf plants and a largeish water dish, glass bowl method for feeding.

Word of the wise, you should never do buisness with any place, that an animal dies days later. They prolly have parasites. This happened to me too and they wanted to give me a new one like it was a pair of shoes!!!! I would take them to a vet ASAP to get tested for any diseases. And I would file a complaint against them! These reptile shows should be banned. They do not take proper care of these animals and just pluck them from the wild! Do your research before you get any animal. Sorry for the loss of the two babies
