    Default looking for apple snails

I used to have apple snails with my African Clawed Frogs, but lost them during an ice storm (they got far too cold at my house, but the frogs stayed at my sister's) I have tried to find them locally but no one carries them anymore. Would like 4-8 of any size larger than a nickle(so they won't be eaten by the frogs). Thanks.

Default Re: looking for apple snails

I have always recommended against having snails with frogs, besides the frogs attempting to eat them these snails have nearly unbreakable trapdoors that they close instantly when startled....including around a frog's limb if they are started by a frog swimming by.
