I keep my baby bullfrogs in a 6qt(for my smaller baby) and 16 qt(for my bigger baby) I wondered if they would be on in tubs there whole lives? And what size tub would be suitable for them as adults?

Your keeping them in a tub that is way to small for them. When full grow you need about a 110 gal and add 10 for each extra frog
There babies..

Well then ahould i move the babies to a bigger inclosure? If so whats the proper size
-Amber
Yes I would maybe a 20- 40 gal
most people (and caresheets) say for a adult female a 20 gallon tank should do and for a adult male 30 gallon should do...i have a 40 for my 3 month old pixie and its sooo big lol but its gonna grow to fit right in.....i think anything over 40 is a little too big...they are very active frogs
Thats what i read as well. I figured since they where so small id keep them in a saller snclosure. But will put them in a bigger tank

I have a 29 gal and a 40gal breeder

2-5 gallon tank for when they're babies. 15-20 gallon for rest of growth till adults. 40 gallon breeder is perfect for the rest of their life; anything above that is perfectly fine too, they'll use all that space.
Ok good lol. I have a 10 gallon as well. Looks like ill be picking up another 10 for nowthanks!!
You do know that it will outgrow a 10 gal really quickly right?
thats why I said for now. again, I have a 40 breeder and a 29 gallon as well.....
oops i meant to say they arent very active frogs lol but active enough...i had mine when a baby in a 10 gallon till just couple days ago i put him in the 40 and its so big i only used half the tank lol till he gets bigger i will add the rest of the tank in or make it into a 50/50 tankbut good luck with ur froggy!!
Amber,
I apologize I have'nt been on in a while. I grow my males to full size in 30"- 24"- 9" tubs. the rack is designed by habitat racks. Amb heat is maintained at 82 degrees
We all get busyhaha. I appreciate all the help everyone! Ive been searching for proper cage sizes and honestly, everyone suggested something different. I was told a 10 gal for an adult female and a 15-20 gal for an adult male would be big enough. Honestly i didnt think that was right. Thats why i posted this. Thanks again for the help!
