Does it do any shaking or lean to one side mostly?

no shaking.... the lean is due to a slight kink to the spine... I had two.. the other was way worse and didnt make it.

I had a vet look at one and they said it had Pneumonia. 5 were shipped in and half of them leaned to one side. The vet said the fluid will build up on one side of there body and cause them to lean.

This little guy has definite spinal issues. Other than that, he is good to go so far. You should have seen it's buddy, he was worse off and neither was healthy to start with. This little guy has come a long way and we are hoping it will be ready and healthy enough to breed next season.
