Updated C. cornuta pics : Alice

We have named her Alice ,after the character in the Resident Evil series.
You can see she is looking MUCH better now! She is eating well and feisty!!
I just LOVE those horns!!!
She has much attitude, she was grumbling during the whole photo shoot!!

She is a wild caught frog, so her care is slightly different. We are learning as we go with her. She needs a much more natural enclosure than our CB frogs do, and she is harder to please as far as food goes.

This is something that I think I read awhile ago, but is it true that the wild caught ones' contours are more vivid as opposed to the cb ones? That's a very good looking brown, by the way.

If you mean the contours of her body shape, I would say yes. But you be the judge......here are pics we took the week we got her home.

Wow yeah. I always feel like when I see a majority of the cornuta pictures they seem underfed. I know their bone structure is a little different, but those ones at the top really do show how a well fed one looks like.

Haha Alice is a great name...I was a big fan of those movies...Its great to hear that you have gotten Alice to eat on her own, I still have had no luck. I have noticed their attitude and wow they are temperamental, my smaller wc one would much rather take a bite out of my finger then a roach.

a few good meals and a humid tank... eats better them any fantasy I have had.. and looks 100% better then when I got her.. glad she had just shipped in 2 days before i got her. If she had been in on the market much longer it would have been a lot harder to get her back into shape.

He does have a lot of Green for a Brown. Loki had bright highlites like DK.
