shedding?

how often do RETF's shed? is there a diffrence between juviniles and adults in how often?
another ? the crickets we get are smalls, not pinheads but just about the size between her eyes. some hoever r a little bigger then that. i do let the ones that are ridiculously huge outside. however ones that are slightly bigger ill keep. Jewl seems to do well at controling herself. if there's a bigger one she will only eat the one that night. if there smaller about two. Should i be concerned tho about feeding her some that are slightly bigger then the space between her eyes?? long term is this going to have any negative effects? shes still pooping and everything.
