    Default Caatinga Horned Frog Ceratophrys joazeirensis

    I have 2 young Caatinga Horned Frog (Ceratophrys joazeirensis) Coming in the middle of april. I am keeping these two back but anyone who is interested in babies let me know. I will have 30 for sale late may/early july

    Those are Auritas. The really wide stripes are a dead give away.

    Hmmmm that's very odd Joazeirensis do not usually have such wide stripes. Where are you getting the images? Usually the Auritas have the really wide bright dorsel and latteral striping.

    I know what mike has. The images of the Joazeirensis that Bart posted must be a different phase. The frogs inn those pics have a huge simularity to Auritas and the pics he posted of Auritas have very dull striping and are not nearly as wide as they usually are. Perhaps I've only seen one phase of each species between the 2.

    Bart has auritas that are from the frogranch if you look on the site you can see
