    Hi Green,
I think you may have to explain "clean" , please.
You may also want to describe you frog's enclosure, as some are easier to "clean" than others.

    Clean soaking dishes - daily
    Remove poop -daily
    Remove uneaten food items- daily
Wipe visibly soiled glass areas - daily

    Hope this gets things stared

    Hi Sam,
So then follow the basic cleaning guide in the previous post.
By-the-way a microfiber cloth works wonders on the glass w/out scratching it.
You can often find a pack of 12 microfiber wash cloths for a few bucks a a big box store such as Target or Walmart.
As for substrate, I am sorry I can not help you, as I do not use it.
I am sure a FF search will reveal plenty of very experienced help regarding how often it should be changed out, etc.

I think I have some of those microfiber cloths. If its a half and half should I change half of the water or all of the water at once?

    Sam,
I add when low between full water changes. I simply keep a bunch of de-chlorinated gallons ready and waiting.
I have 1/2 and 1/2 (s) as well (heated/ filtered about 4" deep) --- I do full water changes and replace with de-chlorinated about every 2 weeks.
I would rather do that than cycle it like a fish tank.
    ( water in one tank is 4" deep and 18x 18 " --- the other is 4" deep and 18 X 9 )
The water in my viv(s) is covered w/ clear plexi. The filter out-put bubbles over the top of the plexi through a little hole.
So nothing really ever falls in ( including the red eyes) as they are NOT good swimmers! Four inches of water would be too deep for them.
