Found out my Juvenile Wood frog is a male! :D :D
Of the 2 juvenile Wood frogs I have, I recently found out that one, named Baby Jr., is a male! When I went to pick him up last week to move him into another terrarium for maintenance, he gave out a full on croak telling me to release him! I’m so happy and my prediction was correct. Because he was growing so fast (faster than my other juvenile, Digger) and because males mature/grow faster than female Woodies, I predicted that Baby Jr. would be a male. Now I hope that my prediction that Digger is a female will be correct, as I currently have no female Wood frogs.
