Keeping frog terrariums cool

Well, knowing that red eyed tree frogs should have a temperature of 24-29 degrees celcius at day and 18-24 at night, how do I keep the terrarium cool? I live in the Philippines and over here, it rarely gets below 30 degrees celcius both night and day, so again how do I keep their terrariums cool? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Can you purchase a small window air conditioning unit, keep the frogs in a small room, and keep that one room cooler than the rest of your home?

Well that could work but all the rooms in my house are fairly big......thanks I'll have to think about it.

Fan blowing into the tank

most ppl hook up a pc fan w/ a misting system running every 3 hours, its round 80 F durring the day in the house and in the tank its around 77

Thank you to all who answered. if the misting sytem uses cold water (mixed with ice maybe), will it cool down? Oh and here at day, the temp is a stable 85 F.

i don't think it would be a good idea to mist with ice water, remember the mist is going to hit your frog and plants. Possibly shock them doing that
