    Thank you
And if a frog is not an albino can I use lower watts UVB (or other lower watts) for more than 6 hours a day? That is only for lighting, a separate will use the carpet.

You can use both a lamp and mat at the same time if you cannot get the temperature up high enough. Just do not go over 50 watts with any infrared bulb or incandescent basking light bulb. Fluorescent bulbs will be lower wattage than incandescent bulbs, but are almost always too bright for your frogs and can damage their eyes if you are not careful. Fluorescent bulbs also cannot be dimmed without a special dimmer switch.

I'm sorry if it is confusing. It is a lot of information to take in and follow.

    Its confusing, because the language
But I think understand you. I can use mat and lamp (I will get exo terra basking lamp), right ? I will get a low watt mat and lamp, so during the day to about 26 (with light), and puts out the lamp when night falls to 1-2 degrees

As long as you don't get a Albino you will get the Exo Terra Sun Glo/Daylight for day. If you do Get a Albino you can only use the Heat Glo so your frog does no become harmed by the lights. Are you going to order the Fluker's 5.5" dome lamp with Dimmer?

Please note that heat lights will remove humidity from your frog's tank. As the lights heat the tank the relative humidity within the enclosure will fall. You will have to do your best to maintain a 75% to 80% humidity level. Be sure to also give your frog sme plastic plants for shade and hiding.

Sorry for the language barrier. Sometimes I wish I knew all languages. It would be pretty cool if we were able to hear a language and just learn from there.

I think I do not take albino, and use sun glo (25-50 watts maximum)
The lamp will be released during the day with mat. At night lamp will extinguish. Yes, I want to know any language too but For the humidity will be taken care of somehow. Thanks a lot, I think the topic can be locked ))
Now tell me seriously, is very bad my language ? Im 14 years old

Yes you can turn the light out at night as long as the temp does not go below 75 F.

No Lol! your english is not bad. We have a lot of words in our sentence structure, but the majority of us can easily understand what you are saying with some of those words forgotten, left out, or in the wrong order. I think you are doing well.
