Heat mat attatched to the back works best. I don't use a heat lamp it's it's so easy to dry them out but maybe someone else can help with that.

yes most people attach them to the back of their enclosures as pacmans escape heat by burrowing so a heatmat underneath wouldnt be the best solution.

as i also mentioned a heat lamp can dry them out pretty quick and its harder to control temps. where as with a heat mat it's a lot easier. sometimes you wont even need a thermostat but in most casses you do.

currently i have a small lucky reptile 4watt heatmat as my pacman is still in a small exo-terra type container. this particular heatmat has adhesive backing to stick it to the outside of the enclosure. This along with a good digital thermometer is all ive needed so far to control temps as this heat matt never exceeds about 25c

im sure people will be able to recommend more brands etcs as im not sure what will be available where you are.

    hope that helps.

My pacman frog is in an Exo Terra 30cmx30cmx30cm.
I heat with a "Hydrokable" heating cable of 50W.
It is fixed on each side of the terra.

It is regulated with a Lucky Reptile ThermoControl Pro 2.
