Help Breeding RETF

So I have a male female pair they have been together for about a week now, last night we had a major storm system move through which I turned on my rain system to simulate the drop in pressure and the rain and all that, when I went to bed last night the male was attached to the female.... this morning they were separated, did they mate? I'm not sure what to look for... Please help

You are very unlikely to have eggs if you just put them in a rain chamber without simulating the dry season for several weeks (if not months) before using the rain chamber. Even if they were in amplexus, the female did most likely not have any eggs prepared.

yeah I didn't see any eggs. question how do i do a dry cycle if i have plants that need watering?

and how dry can it get before they stress out? i am really looking to breed them...

If you really want to breed RETF and are serious about it, you should really stop trying right now and begin to research about it. If you didn't even know about the need to cycle them before trying to breed, you can not have read a single article about it. There are not a single care sheet out there (that brings up breeding) that does not state that you need to cycle them. Read, read and read before trying anything and make sure you have everything you need (both supply and knowledge-wise). That's the best advice I can give you.

and how dry can it get before they stress out?

I've talked to a lot of people and got different answers, but the general idea is that 50% is dry enough.
