I have actually had lots of experience with this species. They are really easy to take care of if you can manage the time, because they do require daily care.
2-3 will do fine in a 20-30 gallon. Use a special UVB bulb made for frogs. If you go to your local pet store or a reptile trade, I am sure someone could help you out. A lot of people say you need to put saran wrap or glass over the screen top for retaining humidity, but I have found that a plain screened top will do fine, if you mist the tank at least once a day.
These frogs love a complex tank over a boring one. They love lots of branches and live plants. I have my 30 gallon set up with 6 plants planted right into the substrate, and 2 bromeliads wedged into a piece of hollow wood. I also have moss and some branches in the tank (be careful picking branches outside in the park or your backyard, they may have parasites). Also, a backround will make them feel more secure.
The rest of the care is just basic frog care, Give them a shallow, non-chlorinated water dish that is clean, and spray them once or twice a day with non-chlorinated water. These frogs are smaller, so you should give them small, but not tiny, crickets (should be fed to them every 2-3 days)
These frogs are really great frogs. I find it really funny when I have people staring at the tank for such a long time without even finding the frog. They are great at hiding. However, at night, these frogs make a very great display of frog behaviors, such as hunting.
Good luck and I look forward to seeing some pictures of your frog.
