I'm just saying that the amount of chitin on an adult cricket is pretty similar to the amount on a super worm. So if one is bad, then the other is too. You can definitely see the super worms rolling around inside the frog for a little while, but in my experience they always stop after a few seconds. Unless you have an unhealthy frog I don't think there is much to worry about.

Actually Crickets chitin aside from the head is much weaker than that of the Superworms which is why Superworms are so bad if fed too many. They have more than enough times been the cause of an impaction to be considered a serious impaction risk in frogs. Even soft bodied animals can cause an impaction. Mice being a main culpret. Since the tissue of mammals is much denser than that of insects it takes much longer and a lot more energy to digest. Which causes frogs to become constipated. While not fully impacted by the rodent it does cause issues like a Prolapse. Caution should always be taken when feeding your frogs. Especially with uncommon food item.
