I don't see why not unless they exude any form of toxin, they should be fine.....the real question about most food sources should be "Will my Pacman accept it?".
Some can be picky about what foods they accept. If it is a safe food source & the frog accepts it, all is well.
Mealworms are an issue simply because they have an exoskeleton of chitin that can & will cause impaction in the frog if used as a main food source. They are fine to use as a treat now & then.
