Made several different orders with them. Good company! Good customer support as well. Their live chat function on the website is great, I've used it several times and Josh is always there to help. He'll answer any question big or small you have.
My most recent purchase had a mistake for it. I was suppose to get exo terra rainforest version heat mat but they sent me a desert version instead. I hoped on my laptop and got a live chat with Josh. He quickly remedied the problem and is sending me out the correct heat mat tomorrow, and I don't even have to return the desert mat they sent me.
Prices are some of the best around. I always go to Josh's frogs for my needs first and if they have what i need then i give them my business. I like dealing with people who are very knowledgeable in the field instead of brick and mortar pet stores in my area where usually the staff doesn't know much about frogs or carry very little frog specific items.
And finally I have to do my business with Josh for the simple fact that my name is Josh as well!
I have placed 2 orders with Josh's Frogs and have been very pleased.
My first order 1 of the 12 exo terra hides was broken. When I contact Josh he was out of the item and offered an upgraded item, refund, or if I wanted to wait a few more days for him to get another in. I accepted the upgraded item since it was just a larger size and I had the space. He sent it out and was amazing about the whole ordeal. We all know breaks happen in shipping and it wasn't Josh's fault (they were packed really well with bubble wrap). He didn't ask me tons of questions like some stores do and it was a simple Im sorry and lets fix this for you.
My second order was flawless and I got feeders, springtails, live plants, and lights from him. All arrived perfect.
I will do business with him for years to come. Some of his prices might be a $1 or so more than the other guys, but the customer service you receive is well worth it!
