    Default completely burried

My pacman frog has burried himself a good inch under the substrate next to his heatmat (heat mat on side of tank) tbh I'm not that concerned because I heard this is normal but what should I do about feeding etc? I'm also ensuring substrate near him is moist so he can dig out with ease if need be. Its eco earth/coco fibre

Just wait for him to come out. That's basically what pacmans do, it might be months before you see him might be days, it's just how they are.

It's fine. If he doesn't come out to eat in a day or so if you'd like you can gently scoot him out for dinner.

I've done that with mine many a time. They'll eat, then I soak mine in the water dish for a few minutes. Then under they go again. Mine used to puff-up and get mad at me, but they very quickly learned it's dinner time when I wake them and no longer get upset .

Some wait for theirs to come out on their own. You can do that too .

mine normally sleeps all day and around 6 pm he will surface for feeding then the next morning he goes back under to go back to sleep, once Bubba stayed under for 3 days! then poped up and ate a huge meal lol

This is normal behavior. A month is way to long for babies though or even juviniles. You don't have to completely unbury him. All you have to do is unbury his head so that he can see the food you are offering and he will resurface the rest of the way on his own if he is hungry.
