I'd use earth worms, red wiggler worms, or night crawlers instead of mealworms. Just bc of the exoskeletons. Even ground up...I'm not sure how well they'd grind or if there would still be pieces.

I lost a red belly toad to meal worms years ago when the pet store said they were ok to use and I didn't know any better .

Try the smoothie mixture. If she keeps throwing her food up its vet time. Parasites can cause them to vomit. You will need to have her checked if she can't keep the smoothie down.
