doesn't sound very well... and I've heard similar stories which ended often badly =( and I've also heard that it wasn't that good to remove parasites because for some white's it's too much of a procedure. or maybe not all parasites have been removed? I would not force feed her again. (but you probably won't anyway.)

I'll write you down what I've read in another forum:

signs for that "sickness" I've read about are: cramps, falling on the ground, strange jumping around, brown colour, sleeping on the ground, no moving etc.

might help: warm bathing with mg-citrate. uv-light, heating lamps, strict cleanliness. dusting the feeders (since yours doesn't eat try putting vitamine (D3 and B) etc. drops in the water..?)

but I'd really get her feces tested (if she defecates).

A short while ago I had her feces checked, and she was free of parasites. I'm afraid she is in the serious danger zone right now, no time to worry fecal samples. Does anyone know of anything I can do to keep her from dying? I have experienced this same situation with a pacman frog, it was a long grueling process that didn't end well... I don't want to lose her the same way.

Oh no is it appa?? Maybe you could ring your Vet for advice since he/she knows you have already had allot of dealings with them lately. Just a thought....Worth giving it a go, some vets are really reasonable and as it might be related to the parasite medication. Good luck

Yeah the only problem was that the exotic specialist wasnt in today, but she will be in tommmorow. I will call her then, i just hope she lasts through the night. And yes its appa, shes my only whites.

Me too. I don't know what to tell you, other than I doubt its a bad reaction to metroniazole or fenbendazole. You have to seriously overdose on those drugs before there is damage to the frog. You have a lot of wiggle room with those two drugs.

My guess is she will be dead by morning. I hope I am wrong. Sorry.

I think the lesion is the key to this medical mystery.

Actually good news! She has returned to her normal color, has picked up her head and is sitting in her normal position (instead of like a throw rug), and is trying to catch crickets!. She has yet to get one but she in a small container with five and I'm sure she will soon. She seems alert and active and I really hope shes fine. I don't know what the issue was but she seems to have snapped out of it!
