I was just looking at Gerber pure Baby water it says it purified water with some added mineral for tast its from a protected well in Stanwood Michigan purified through reverse osmosis and distilation no added fluoride ingredents are purified water, magnesium sulfate , potassium bicarbonate , and calcium chloride does this sound like a good source of water and would any of those ingrediants harm any of the frog spieces if used ?
You water for soaking should have mineral content so the use of RO would only be good for plant misting basically.
Natural spring water or treated tap is your best bet for your frogs.
1.0.0 Red Eyed Leaf/ Frog - Agalychnis callidryas
1.1.1 Bumblebee Dart Frog - Dendrobates leucomelas
1.1.0 Dendrobates truncatus - Yellow Striped
1.1.1 Dendrobates tinctorius – Bakhuis Mountain
1.1.0 - Dendrobates tinctorius - Powder Blue
1.1.0 - Ranitomeya vanzolinii
I just wondering if any one knows if any amounts of magnesium sulfate , potassium bicarbonate , and calcium chloride in the water would hurt Tree Frogs or any Frogs at all?
