Thread: Java toad?

    Default Java toad?

    i think they are Bufo asper. My LPS just got some in. I was really interested in them. Other names are Malayan giant toad? Anybody kept these guys? Give me some care tips please. THANKS!

    Malayan forest toads (Bufo asper) can be kept like most toads. Since they are from the tropical region, you need to keep them warmer (80-85F). They are large (3 inches) and very active. You will need to give them plenty of space.
