Indeed, but it's a bad thing. The number one health issue with White's in captivity is obesity. Let's not encourage it, even if Jabba is awesome

Iragil you do want your White's to grow large, but not obese. Like Martin said your friends frog is not in the greatest of health being that overweight. Obesity can cause blindness as well as kidney failure/liver failure/ among other health issues later on. Your White's is just fine the way he/she is. He/she will grow larger as long as you take good care of him/her.
