Same here in NZ Kristen...and we don't have any Whites (I so SO want one!). We just have Green and Golden Tree Frogs, Whistling Tree Frogs and Southern Bell Frogs. I just sit on here coveting all the gorgeous frogs, not that mine aren't :P.

Oh wow that would be worse. Why don't they let you have whites? Its not like its a very big move from Australia to NZ. Haha. And same, but I guess its better this way, otherwise I'd have hundreds and hundreds of frogs and be uncontrollable. Hahah.

Apparently they brought over all the Aussie froggies, I think in the early 1900's...but it was just the Green and Golds, Whistlers and Southern Bells that managed to establish a foothold and flourish. The Whites they brought over are thought to have died out (here's hoping they're just really well hidden and we'll find them soon).

Yeah hopefully out of nowhere they find a massive population of them, but thats so unlikely
they should just bring some over again, but keep them all in captivity or something so they don't die out.

Yesss I loved it so much. Townsville was small but it was still a nice getaway. There's a place called "The Brewery" and they, you guessed it, brewed their own beer! 5 Day port visit, ate/enjoyed pints there every single day. I wish I can relive those days sometimes I seem to have thread jacked Savannah... SORRY :O lol
