Having hard time knowing

So, i have a lil buddy , we call him christopher robin, hes a dumpy blue , and a few months old. hes seemed a lil off his game last few days, and today he got sick. first time. i dont know if i need to take him to the vet, change his diet, replace the new coco husk, or what. ive cleaned the things in his tank, and plan on re-cleaning the tank tomorrow. is there anything else that i need or should do? Having a hard time knowing what to do at this point. lost two frogs in last year to sickness. should i get a new tank? \

could use any advice available. im starting to worry bout CR.

Do you de-chlorinate your frogs water?

What do you mean by "he got sick" Did he physically get sick (as in throw up) or is it something else?
If your really worried and he gets worse, take him to the vet. good luck
