40 watt is fine. The Daylight Blue isn't necessary unless you plan on having live plants. It will be pretty bright too. You can use it for now and later get a Exo Terra Sun Glo with concentrated beam. Always use some sort of fake plant for cover and security when using heat lamps.

You want a lamp with dimmer switch so that good. You may also want to buy a timer for your lights so that your frog has a 12 hour day/night cycle. Just set the timer to say 8 am to 8 pm. Then switch bulbs.

You need both day and. Night bulbs. If they don't have Exo Terra look for Zoo Med. Basking Spot Lamp. It is like the Sun Glo.

You are going to be spending lots of money to provide for your frog.

Now heat lights will burn off humidity as the temp rises in the enclosure so if you have the money to spend buy a Zoo Med Reptifogger and a Zoo Med Hygrotherm humidity and temp control unit. You may have to order them, but they will automatically control the climate within your frogs home for you. All you have to do is hook it up/set it according to how your frogs temp and humidity levels need to be an it will control it for you. So no worries while you're away at work. Look it up and read about it.

im thinking about doing the humidity manually because a. im not blowin more that 400 bucks on my frog in one day YET. haha, b. i wanna learn how to keep it just right myself because power goes out alot when it storms here. so if i rely completely on electronics ill be screwed when a storm comes. atleast if i feel it out i can guess pretty close on keepin his temp and humidity right if power goes out ya know? but i still may get the reptifogger for those days when i have to be gone.

The fogger is manually operated unless hooked up to the Hygrotherm so it won't help if you're gone and you don't have anything to operate it for you. Just something to think about.
