    Default Worm Poop in Substrate??

I was thinking of adding worm droppings to my substrate to make it better for the plants. Is this OK for the frogs or is it poisonous or something?? Also, is the ExoTerra plantation soil good if I added sphagnum moss and the worm droppings?? Can plants still grow well??
    Thanks,
    Dylan
